Following a complaint has come down by residents and commercial operators of Carmine way we carried out a survey which showed a state of total abandonment of a major streets of the town. As Beirut bombed the road in question presents itself in all its degradation in the most absolute indifference of municipal administrators.
Fortza Paris on September 4 of 2010 already had denounced the negligence and the danger of the sidewalks. Today, after three months, we note that the municipal authorities did not find the time and the reasons for intervention.
