Places of Memory: Germanicus Cemetery 1914-1918, San Paolo, Feltre.

Nel Quartiere San Paolo di Feltre si trova, dal 1939 nell'attuale composizione, il Cimitero Militare Germanico, dedicato a 271 caduti bavaresi dell'Alpenkorps, truppe da montagna corrispettive degli Alpini italiani, nella Prima Guerra Mondiale. I nomi dei soldati sono riportati all'interno della cappella.

Places of Memory: Military Memorial of Cima Grappa.

The last line of defense of the First World War on the Italian front, was that of the river Piave and the Massif del Grappa.

The Military Memorial of Cima Grappa (1775 m above sea level) was built in 1932, opening September 22, 1935, designed by Giovanni Greppi (the Redipuglia same as in the province of Gorizia, Italy's largest Shrine) and sculptures di Giannino Castiglioni.
Vi sono conservati i resti di 22.910 soldati italiani e austroungarici. 

Nel Sacello, è conservata la statua della Madonna del Grappa, portata sulla cima nel 1901 dal Patriarca di Venezia, poi Papa Pio X, Giuseppe Sarto.

Da Bassano del Grappa (VI) e da Feltre (BL) si arriva a Cima Grappa con la Strada Cadorna, costruita nel 1917.

Museo del Piave "Vincenzo Colognese," "The Great War 1914-1918" - Caorera Vas (BL) - Arch 2004

Il Museo del Piave e della Grande Guerra, a Caorera, è situato all’ingresso della frazione, nel comune di Vas. Giovanni Dorz, che ne garantisce l’apertura, ci fa da guida ricordando che nell’area esterna, a lato dell’edificio museale, è stata appaltata grazie ad un finanziamento pubblico la ricostruzione delle trincee e delle postazioni di combattimento. Edito nel 2003, a disposizione dei visitatori, c’è il volume-guida “Museo del Piave”. Ampie sale e vetrine raccolgono oggetti, medaglie, scritti autografi di piani di battaglie, volumi storici. Le divise dei vari corpi militari, non solo italiani, sono esposte sul primo piano. In allestimento, con molti reperti non ancora catalogati, è il piano seminterrato.
