Tuesday, March 2, in the procedure for the preparation of the new Territorial Coordination Plan of the Province of Milan (TCP), were presented to the Assembly of Mayors some notable changes from last meeting December. In particular, the file contains the map on:
- Infrastructural road and rail public transport (new roads, including the route of the new outer ring road south-west, the new highway-Melegnano Binasco-Abbiategrasso-Magenta);
- Definition of the areas of strategic interest for agricultural activity (important for defining the future urban development "of the entire province);
- Strategic buoyancy landscape and environment.
are working documents in draft, not final, subject to change. But they are important per cominciare a vedere quale direzione intende assumere questa Provincia per la pianificazione del territorio. E questi segnali, tra le nuove autostrade, bretelle e bretelline e la modifica del Piano del Parco Agricolo Sud Milano, sono davvero allarmanti.
