The Provincial Secretary UGL Caserta Sergio D'Angelo explains: "Since January 2009 the system of rewards, adopted by INPS for some time, will be extended to other public and State administrations. However, the increase in productivity is not a real increase in resources, it speaks of spending cuts. The system becomes unfairly discriminatory and will lead to a reduction in wages of about 500 Euro per month. While sharing a reorganization of the civil service, "concluded the union" do not agree with the system adopted in the legislation. It is not just affecting the salaries of those who carry out their duties honestly. "The turmoil in the public sector will not end here, in fact there is a new quick mobilization for the renewal of contracts.
